The room I had was generally clean, but I encountered some baby cockroaches which was a downside. The service was friendly but definitely needs some improvement. However, the room I stayed in had a bit of a pest issue and wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. The staff were friendly, but the service could definitely use some improvement.
